Meet Mehul Shah, a key member of the 9 Yards team who has been instrumental in driving the company's success. He began his career as a site engineer and later started his own material supply business. Mr Mehul then joined forces with Rakesh C Shah during the formation of Karma Developers. Meet Hanshul Shah, the owner of 9 Yards, a second-generation entrepreneur with a passion for real estate. After completing his graduation in 2018 from LJ Institute, Mr. Shah went on to pursue his post-graduation from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research - Pune), where he honed his skills in construction and project management. Since joining the family business, Mr. Shah has been instrumental in driving the sales and marketing of current projects, helping the company expand its reach and establish a strong foothold in the real estate market of Ahmedabad.
